Video: A "Tiny Desk Concert" from Westlake Elementary

Updated: May 14

Inspired by the beloved  @nprmusic  tradition, teachers at Westlake Elementary collaborated to hold a Tiny Desk concert in the school's library classroom. See these elementary musicians perform and share what makes music an indispensable part of their school day.

Thank you so much to Teacher Librarian David Tremblay, Music & Band Teacher Katrina Haegar, and Studio Art Teacher Haylee Fox. And thank you of course to the Santa Cruz Community for your support of Parcel Taxes T&U - you have given generations of learners the enduring gift of music!
