Santa Cruz High Band Invited to DC For Souza Festival

The Santa Cruz High Cardinal Regiment is celebrating their 100 year anniversary season in style, and may even now by playing at the John Phillip Souza festival in Washington DC! They were just one of three high school bands invited to play.
