Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Santa Cruz City Schools District. We have many opportunities for you to share your passion by supporting our students and schools, and helping where you’re needed most.

Here are some steps to guide you through the volunteer process:

  1. Reach out to the school you would like to volunteer at to determine what opportunities are available.
  2. Once you have verified with the school site that they are in need of volunteers, complete the volunteer agreement.
    • All fields in the volunteer agreement are to be completed
  3. The site administrator will review the volunteer agreement and either approve or deny the request.
    • Take the completed volunteer agreement to the site for Administrator signature
  4. When volunteer comes to Human Resources to be fingerprinted they must bring an acceptable form of photo ID (see below) and TB clearance. HR will not fingerprint volunteers without proper identification, TB clearance and the site administrator’s signature.
